What is the only thing of ours that God can use?

The only thing of ours that God can use is our availability. In the Christian life the issue is never our ability—God has resources to take care of that. The issue is whether we will make ourselves available, presenting our bodies to Him as weapons of righteousness. God has chosen to give us free will, so as believers we have the right either to utilize the provisions of His grace or to squander them; what He asks is simply that we present ourselves and make ourselves available to Him.

Also asked: Is our ability to serve God more about what we can do or being available for Him? · What does God require from us in order to use our lives for His purposes?
Also asked, more loosely
How can believers choose to utilize or squander God's provisions of grace in our lives?
