If equal grace is given by God to all, why do some believers seem to be more blessed than others?

Every believer stands in the same sphere of grace, where all the riches of God are equally available; the same power, wisdom, and impact given to Paul is available to each of us. But grace is a resource we choose whether or not to use. As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:10, some believers labor harder: Paul took the resources of God's grace and worked, sweated, and went without in order to accomplish God's plan, pushing past his own strengths until he understood divine power. God honored that; on His part it was all grace, and on Paul's part it was all faith. God gives us the raw materials, but we must make the finished product.
