What does he mean by “the fulness of Christ”?

To reach "the fulness of Christ" means to be filled with quality—controlled by our occupation with Christ and influenced by Him in everything we do. We start out in the Christian life merely working toward Christ, but as we develop a systematic understanding of the written Word, the Living Word becomes alive and real to us, more real than anything else. We reach spiritual maturity, and then He fills our life, controls our thinking, and influences our actions, so that Jesus Christ has become the most important thing in life.
