What is the arena of the spiritual war?
We are in a war, and the arena in which it is waged is the souls of men. The enemy wants to torture us and has a strategy for putting us on the rack, but God sets a wall of fire around every believer, and without divine permission Satan cannot penetrate that wall. Any time God does allow the enemy in, we have His word that we can overcome, though we overcome only through faith.
