How do we know Jesus is God?
John could not be more emphatic: 'the Word was God.' He existed eternally, face-to-face with the Father, yet is Himself God; He is the Creator of all things, apart from whom nothing came into being; and He has 'explained' the invisible God to us. His deity is written all over the record.
