Why is the spiritual war described as the good fight of faith?

The spiritual war is the good fight because it is the cause of Jesus Christ, led by the most noble and honorable man who ever lived. It is a battle for the souls of men fought against Satan using the love of God, which is the most noble motive in the universe. Furthermore, its victory is the victory of the cross, where the perfect One sacrificed His life for imperfect men. In this struggle of thoughts and emotions, we utilize spiritual armor, weapons, strategy, and enemies to achieve spiritual victory and reward.
