What does the Bible teach about mentality as a soul strength and soul kink?

Mentality is a soul strength that, when paired with a positive attitude, leads a person to choose to use their mind for Bible study. This is the area where the spiritual battle is most heated because the enemy seeks to prevent us from using our minds to understand the Word of God. As a soul kink, if we do not fill our mind with the Word, we will instead fill it with emptiness and vanity. This results in living in a state of torment of soul, similar to Lot. According to Ephesians 4:17-19, when we refuse to use our minds for Bible study, we become darkened in understanding, excluded from the life of God, and given over to sensuality. In contrast, when we choose to fill our mind with the Word, our conscience becomes a storehouse of truth, and we can live with a clear conscience. The choice between these two paths is crucial, as it determines whether we will walk in the futility of our minds or in the understanding of God.
