How can we know the will of God for our lives?
To know the will of God we first have to understand what His will includes. God's will for the life of every believer has three dimensions: the what, the where, and the why.
The operational will of God is the what. God has something He wants us to do with our lives - a specific task for every believer, a ministry defined by our spiritual gift.
The race we are called to run is determined beforehand, but we still have choices. We choose whether to run, how to run, and whether to endure and press on to find the will of God for our lives. What God calls us to may not be the thing we would have chosen, but it is the one and only thing that can fulfill us and give us abundant life.
