But when they finally spoke, from chapter three through chapter thirty-one, they had no comfort to give; they judged, accused, and debated with Job, agreeing only that they were right and he was wrong. In all that time they uttered not a single word of comfort, support, encouragement, sympathy, or compassion. They had good motives, yet their good motives were distorted into evil actions, and they served the purposes of Satan.",
