The Bible teaches that confession leads to cleansing from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9) and sanctification, making us useful and prepared for the Master's use (2 Cor. 5:17). Continual confession of sin is necessary for daily cleansing and spiritual growth. As believers, we are priests unto God, making an offering to Him through our daily lives, which requires a living sacrifice of ourselves (Rom. 6:13; Eph. 5:26). By confessing our sins, we can walk boldly into the throne room of God, knowing every sin has been paid for and we have been redeemed.",
